I have been an oncology nurse at Anne Arundel Medical Center, located in Annapolis MD, since I started my career two years ago. I instantly found a love to develop and implement evidence-based practices on my unit. Within my first year on the unit, I developed, implemented, and evaluated the use of subcutaneous opiate infusion for our end-of-life patients. I currently now serve as the Quality Council chair on my unit, am a member of our CLASBI hospital committee, and am involved with the hospital-based Patient Satisfaction board.

I am eager to experience what other oncology nurses practice, as well as what new things to expect in the world of oncology at the Congress this year!
